The National Agency for Aquatic Transport (ANTAQ) has extended until 23:59 on October 30, 2026 the deadline for submitting contributions to the Public Subsidy Request SRG No. 2/2026. The initiative discusses the rules and regulatory aspects of solid bulk transhipment operations, internationally known as barge to ship.
The consultation aims to gather information, proposals and suggestions to support the analysis of the Preliminary Report on Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR), related to Topic 1.3 of the Agency's Regulatory Agenda 2025–2028.
Users, companies and other agents in the aquatic transport sector, as well as other persons and institutions interested in the subject, may participate.
