The Santos Port Authority (APS) reported recurring profit of R$ 938.9 million at the end of 2025, representing growth of 22.3% compared to 2024.
The growth in this indicator does not account for extraordinary or contingent financial effects, thereby highlighting the effective performance of operations. The result also reflects the continuous evolution of the port complex's operations, which shows cumulative growth of 74.6% since 2023.
The operational performance recorded in the period also significantly drove the company's cash generation. Recurring EBITDA (a financial metric widely used to assess a company's operational performance) reached R$ 1 billion, with a margin of 59.1%.
Recurring net margin, in turn, reached 54.5%, a result that demonstrates a level of financial efficiency compatible with the main benchmarks in the private sector.
Net profit for the year, which accounts for all accounting events that occurred over the period, totaled R$ 724.6 million. The balance sheet demonstrates the financial soundness and sustainability of the company's operations.
With the consolidation of 2025 results, the Port of Santos enters 2026 with financial capacity to carry out strategic investments in infrastructure and logistics, including construction of the Santos–Guarujá Tunnel, work on perimeter avenues, implementation of VTMIS and other projects.
Anderson Pomini, president of the Santos Port Authority, stated that the continuous increase in recurring profit demonstrates the structural soundness of the Port of Santos. "These are results that strengthen our investment capacity and ensure the maintenance of the Port's strategic role in Brazil's economy," he declared.
