The Syndicate of Port Operators of the State of São Paulo (Sopesp) will hold on October 24 the 3rd Edition of the Prevention Circuit – Pink October & Blue November. The event will bring together workers from member companies for a five-kilometer run and walk along the Santos waterfront.
Participants will gather at 7 a.m. on the sand at Boqueirão Beach, near Canal 3. The idea is to combine sports practice with awareness campaigns and early diagnosis of breast and prostate cancer.
According to Sopesp's Institutional Relations department, the initiative aims to reinforce to logistics and port sector professionals that prevention measures and health monitoring should be practiced throughout the year, not just during campaign months. The circuit is carried out in partnership with Rising Capital Humano and has the support of OGMO Santos, Sest Senat, Labormed, Iotera Fisioterapia, O Camponês and trainer Mateus Lima.
