The Court of Accounts of the Union (TCU) struck down, on Wednesday, August 18, an injunction that suspended the contract for the implementation of a logistics condominium in the Saboó region, in Santos.
The decision was made by the TCU's plenary, which found no evidence of damage to the public treasury that would justify the injunction that had been granted.
Already last week, on August 13, the National Agency for Waterway Transportation (Antaq) had also ruled in favor of the lease process for the area conducted by APS.
The logistics condominium in Saboó, with an area of 242,000 m², provides for the implementation of a regulating yard with initial capacity for 400 trucks, organizing heavy vehicle traffic, reducing congestion and offering rest areas and services to drivers.
APS is confident that, given the decisions already handed down and the complete analysis of the technical and legal elements, the tender will also be validated by the Federal Court.
